Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) has vision plans accepted by Grange Vision of Milwaukee. Combined with parent company Anthem, Blue Vision plans are aimed at lowering preventative care costs for Wisconsin patients. Basic eye exam copays average $10 or less. Grange Vision accepts these insurance plans so patients can always afford eye care.

Plans vary, though most have an annual allowance for new glasses (frames or lenses) and contacts. Exam and material copays are kept low even for out-of-network care. Since Grange Vision accepts Blue Vision, you get the lower in-network copays.
Basic Blue View Vision covers:
- Eye exams every 12 months
- New eyeglass frames every 24 months (allowance)
- Lenses every 12 months
- Contact lenses every 12 months
Along with vision wellness, our optometrists offer macular degeneration testing, glaucoma testing, and other eye diagnosis. Certain conditions will require a full health insurance plan beyond Blue Vision coverage. Patients eligible for Medicare may receive additional coverage.

If you are between vision insurance plans, you can still get affordable eye and vision care from Grange Vision. We accept patients without vision insurance.
